Does it feel heavenly when Jesus comes inside?I heard the first step of being a true Christian was to let Jesus come inside you. Is this true?
Jesus does not literally come inside you. Jesus has a body of flesh and bone as we have. What enters you is the influence of the Holy Ghost. When we study and pray about Christ, His work and Gospel, we feel warm, calm and comfortable inside. That is the Holy Ghost testifying to us of the truthfulness of the work. When we turn our lives over to the will of the Lord, the spirit becomes strong in us and we feel love for all and malice for none. We have a desire to do good always. That is what it means to be born again, to have the spirit infuse our lives with love and light, or understanding.
