Jesus and God? True Christians Only Plse :)?

I know if you commit a sin that is in the Bible, God sees that as a bad thing. If you break a law people made, like speeding, does He still that bad too? Out of everyone i ask its about split like 50/50 so what is your oppinion?Jesus and God? True Christians Only Plse :)?
If we're doing something that we know is bad, then yes...I think that God would see it as a sin. I guess for me, it just depends on our own moral ethics and knowing right from wrong...when we're supposed to be living our lives on earth ';doing the right thing';.Jesus and God? True Christians Only Plse :)?
It's doing bad but it's not a bad sin it's might not even be a sin but u should still probably ask for forgivness
The user Puddles gives you a good answer and basically Jesus said to obey the laws of the land as long as it doesn't force you to go against God's laws.
If your speeding and god speaks to your conscience %26amp; you ignore him then its sin.

Being tempted to is not a sin.

Actually doing what our thoughts and temptations tell us makes the temptation or bad thought become real sin.
';obey God-instituted authority'; you may not know but whatever happens on earth, He is still in control. God instituted those in authority on earth. Like paying taxes... ';give to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's';... so the answer to your question. Yes. It is still wrong. Speeding is still a violation of law, and its wrong.
I don't think that God sees government violations as a sin as long as it's not intentionally committed, or as long as it doesn't hurt people like drunk driving or hit and run, in the bible, there are a lot of things that's got something to do w/ values and moral things, and in order for you to be a good person, you must possess those moral characteristics like forgiveness or understanding, in order for you to follow the rules w/o a heavy heart. Sometimes, it's necessary to break the rules, because sometimes, it's the rule makers that does the bad things, rules aren't perfect, because the human beings who created those rules aren't perfect either, but the rules are the proof of struggles of mankind to be righteous, if you follow the rules, and if those rules are okay, then you're a good person, and it means that you have values, but it's not okay to follow the rules all the time, especially if you know that it's not right, God knows that for sure.
I think it is all about your conscience, and if you really think that what you did wasn't wrong- it wasn't wrong. If you knew that what you were doing was wrong- it was wrong. You know what I mean? That's how I see it.
Breaking a man made law like speeding (unless intentional) is not a cardinal sin. Speeding tickets can be paid for by your currency, but your conscience pays the fine in confessing your mistake to the Lord. You see, if your sin is defined by your own morals it is grieved worse than a sin that is imposed upon you by man. That is why God created the ten commandments. These commandments were his rules for our lives. If any of the commandments were broken, then man must come forth and confess with his own lips in order for his soul to be redeemed. If you feel guilty for speeding and you didn't get a ticket (maybe didn't even get caught) then just don't do it again. If you feel it is necessary, then tell someone that you were speeding...I bet the police never had that happen before. Just do whatever makes you feel right with the Lord.
in a way breaking god could see breaking the law as a bad thing depending what it is. if its speeding like 100mph on a 55 speed limit street you are risking your life and it is bad but if your speeding and there is no danger then i dont think god would see it as a bad thing
Jesus broke the law that people made by healing a man on the sabbath day. This law was not endangering other people's lives like speeding would be. It would be wrong and selfish to speed excessively in a place that could get someone hurt. If you speed any where you might get a ticket sooner or later. Common sense should guide you in when you would need to break a law man made. If you need to get to the hospital a matter of life and death that would be a reason. God forgives us but we should be safe and try not to speed.Speed at your own risk.
That's a good question....it's hard to say, part of me wants to say yes, another no..

Hmmm....
It's okay if you're speeding to get to church.
Well, one of the commandments is to obey the laws of the land, right?
My opinion is please don't mess up P%26amp;S with this crap. I'm a Christian, what's a ';true'; Christian. Thank you.
You are supposed to honor the Law according to the Bible (render unto Ceaser what is Ceaser's and unto God what is God's)

If the man's law doesn't break God's law, then follow the man's law. If it DOES break God's law, follow God's law first and foremost.
i've thought about that too.

i believe it is not a sin to break laws like speeding...

the Bible never said, don't speed or do everything your government said. the Bible says, ';only what is written'; meaning if it's not written in the word of God, someone else can't decide it's a sin...

that's my opinion
The Bible states that we are to follow the law of the land, so I feel like He would consider us breaking the law to be a sin.
No, it's not a sin.
I think so, because if you break a law, it offends the law and is punishable therefore maybe God is upset? But he knows it's going to happen before it happens...
Yes, God wants us to obey the law and our authorities (except when it asks us to go against/dishonor Him).
Jesus said to render unto Caesar (the government) what is Caesar's and unto God, what is God's.

To me, this means we are required to obey laws -- except when doing so would mean breaking God's laws.
Why would God be bothered about mans silly laws? There is the whole separation between church and state and it works both ways.

But you know this is just way to serious for this section!
good question. i think that it may be considered bad, but only because if you speed you're putting the safety of others in jeopardy, all b/c you want to shave a few minutes off of your commute. therefore being selfish and not bothering to care about your neighbor. i don't think its speeding itself that would be the issue, i think it amounts to much more.

hope this helped, good question, again.
Yes, because you are breaking the law of speeding, but you may still ask for his forgiveness.
Okay let me put it to you this way...I am not sure it is but God says that whilst we are in this world we need to abode by there rules and regulations ...So i would say yes it is seen as wrong cuz we not doing what God says if we don't abide the ';worlds laws';
well, speeding is really on your part because you weren't obeying laws so you may want to say sorry and ask for forgiveness.
the bible tells us to obey the laws of the land, bad thing......
im not god and neither is anyone else here so no you will never get a definite answer unless you were to ask god or jesus
That is a Great question. This is how I see it .All Christians should know that Gods Laws must come first until death.Moses mother broke the law when she placed moses in the river to spare his life from the faro's edict.also, the women who pulled moses out of the river was the daughter of pharaoh.she new the moment that she plucked moses from the river that she had broken the law of her father. The jews sought to kill jesus because he healed on the sabath.
Who cares!!? BTW your mom isnt looking so good in that pic.
cult cult cult.
