Are we close to End of Days?
Are we living close to The End of Days? Someone told you that May 21 2011, the rapture of the true believers, would you laugh or scoff, or say: '; i am going to wait for the time to come'; or starting praying for salvation?

If you are saved, you should be amassing as many unbelievers into the kingdom as you are able to do.
When we know the end is near, we should be witnessing with every breath that God has given us.
I am not validating that specific date, but I know in my heart the time IS NEAR,

The Rapture is here and near. Check the Bible for yourself alone and don't trust stupid Mayan information about 2012. 2012 MAyans are 100% wrong. Bible.

I'm not validating any date.Is this prediction about the Second Coming of Jesus Christ true and biblical based?
Just on the surface one can see that denying that Christ is coming back or we can't know when the timing of the end is; is not what the Bible says.
FOR THE CHURCHES to say we cant know is really saying they don't want to know, or don't look in the Bible for truth and /or not telling truths within their churches and really don't want Christ to return.
No man can know the day or hour... even on the surface that doesn't say we can't know time and Judgment or the month or the year.
But the Bible wasn't written for man to understand, Yes man can read about the flood and see the story but that's just the earthy side
Christ is God, God is Spirit and that's where we need to focus.
The whole Bible is a parable even if real events happens.why? Christ said unto them( the world) he spoke in parables and without parables he didn't speak.
The day and hour is for the churches, they are right, but it is them that won't know the day or hour because of blindness and they will be caught as a thief just as the world is.
Flee Judea(churches) and unto the Mountains
You people are blind with denial just as Israel was. History is repeating itself and it is judgment on the churches as the unfolding of truths and shame on these social churches and doctrines of men in these last few years. Is this prediction about the Second Coming of Jesus Christ true and biblical based?
I don't get this.
If you are a saved why do you care? You'll get vacuumed up and the rest of us are done for.
This obsession with the end of the world has to do with the fact that, after screwing the rest of the world up for 2000 years, the Christians are being sent packing.
Please look to Genesis Chapter 5. This is a list of the ';Begotten Sons'; of which Jesus was one and of which Moses was one. This chapter reveals a clear cycle of the Earth when a Begotten Son appears on the Earth.
I do believe we are close to the last days. But God told us that no man knows the hour. If you look at the biblical signs of end days many of them are coming to pass. But don't listen to anyone who says they know when He is coming back.
You used the term
true and biblical based
That is a contradiction in terms
The bible said the end was near 2000years ago
Doesn't give a date-- says watch for signs....
Could be today could be 2000years....
We as Christians should live each day as if it were our last day! (NO ONE knows the day or the hour when The Lord will return, ONLY The Father.) Also check out Mark 13:6-10. %26lt;')))%26gt;%26lt;
The deity status of Jesus is a myth.

WELL, I am an Amillinialist, so I'd say no. There will be no Rapture of the Church. Jesus will return, on Judgement day, but thats for everyone, not for just the Church. No Seven Year tribulation awaits us either.
We are in the Last Days, but those started at the Ascension of Jesus and Pentecost.
work now for our Lord.
Oh and tot he poster above, I did study Science, it snot like you become an atheist by it, though. Nor is it like you chose between studying religion and studying science, the two aren't Mutual exclusives.
Robert... The second coming of Jesus is most certainly biblical.. An exact date is not..Yes I believe us to to be living in the last days.... As for trying to preach to the lost people to get them saved.. Of course you should.. But you should be doing this even if the end wasn't near.. I have noticed you posted the web address for Family Radio... Robert..Family radio is a very UN biblical ministry headed by a man by the name of Herald Camping.. This man teaches people that the church age has ended and that those that go to church are lost.. This is an UN biblical lie.. .. I personally wouldn't use his ministry as reference. At least not if you want the truth.. Hope that answered you somewhat..God bless you !
Live now! Serve God now!!
Do not seek the end -- seek God NOW!
EDIT - after the Resurrection, many Christians just sat around waiting for Christ to return because He said He was coming ';soon.'; They were admonished by their leaders to go about the work God had set them to do -- especially caring for widows and orphans.
Jesus is coming -- you'd better look busy!!
I believe it is near as Jesus said even closer then we think.
I feel the Holy Spirit of GOD telling me it is close very close.
Exactly when the exact time is we will not know.
We will not know the Day nor the month nor the Year and we are worned by GOD not to set dates.
Yes it is biblical based.
Though many deny or are looking for it.
Nobody knows the date. The Bible says nobody knows when Jesus will come. God does say to watch for the signs that will tell you the end is near. We see an increase in ';natural'; disasters (thats Biblical), we see the power in the European Union growing (thats Biblical), we see an increase in diseases (thats Biblical). The truth is that the end is near, but nobody knows exactly when, because the Bible says 1)Nobody knows, 2) that Jesus will come like a thief in the night. That is, without warning. So, be ready my friend and you wont have anything to worry about. God bless
Yes , I believe we are living near to the end times as Jesus predicted. My opinion is that many of us will see His return. (however that is my feeling, and my desire, and although I will preach it as Paul and the Apostles did, I will not attach a date to it, nor will I say that my viewpoint is the truth of God, Jesus could return 2day if He chooses, as He said, ';the time of His return in in the Father';)
I would caution you to be careful of the teachings of Harold Camping, with regards to staying away from churches and not supporting the ministry of you local Pastors.. Stay in Church, worship toogether in the congregation and in small groups and pray for this nation, that revival would indeed come and that many would be saved.
Blessings,
al 4 now Bob
Please note: I would never ever dispute Dr. Campings salvation, nor his teaching on the crage of The Lord Jesus Christ to save us. He is a John 3:16 preacher for sure. He says that Jesus is Lord, and the Bible tell us that now on can call Jesus Lord except that it be by the Holy Spirit of God. In many ways his telling of the way to salvation through the Lord Jesus Chirst is indeed as basic, and well grounded as any evangelist there is.
But his last days teachings, and especially his urging to leave the local church, and to stop supporting the church, I believe is not appropriate. I do not see anywhere in scripture from Genesis to Revelation is there even a hint that we should stop attending to worship in a designated place, or day or time of group. House church is wonderful, but having a person called of God and Anointed with the Spirit of God to preach and teach to us, to lead us, in church, just as Paul did, and Peter, and John.... we must never forsake our God called duty to the body of Christ.
Attend Church....and give Glory to God.
Amen.
Grow up, study science and become an Atheist, like me!
